Convocation For The Session 2015-16 Annual Convocation of BUC College Batala for session 2015-16 was held on April 10, 2017 in the College Hall in the presence of distinguished gathering including parents, teachers, alumni and the persons from electronic and print media. Hon'ble Chairman of BUCCA , the Most Rev (Dr.) Pardeep Kumar Samanta Roy was the Chief Guest of the Day. Presence of foreign delegates representing various churches and religious groups further graced the occasion. In his convocation address Dr. P K Samanta Roy conveyed his greetings to the students and their parents and expressed the need to give back to society and share the knowledge obtained by the students for the betterment of society. More than 480 students were conferred degrees on this occasion. All the staff members and students participated in this well organized programme. In his thanks-giving speech, Prof. (Dr.) Edward Masih, principal BUCC, conveyed his good wishes for the bright future career of the outgoing students and advised them to keep themselves updated with the ever-changing technology and growing needs of the economy.
